In this module we will look at the frameworks, regulations and trends that drive innovation while taking the whole system into account. Specific food-ecosystems are analysed and possible interventions planned based on impact. Grounded on their own expertise and the acquired knowledge the participants will be enabled to build up their own interventions, be it a startup or a project based on creativity, strategy and collaboration methods. 

We will look at the whole startup journey and explore the following concepts in detail, market analysis, marketing concepts, customer value, problem solution fit, user experience and business models. The formulation of strategies, their evaluation using SWOT and other analyses or impact evaluations, offer an additional perspective. 

In addition, we will analyse and compare scientific publications on the topic, get input from various expert. 

In this course we will welcome also students from other Master programs, so we will have an even more divers team.
