In this module food-ecosystems are analysed and possible interventions planned based on impact. Grounded on their own expertise the participants will be enabled to organize a mini-case, like a project, startup or other organization form for the realization of their sustainable ideas based on collaboration methods. 

The sustainable impact will be measured on impact. Assessment data and the realization potential of the project will be explored in detail, like marketing concepts, market potential, customer value, user experience and possible partnerships. The formulation of strategies, their evaluation using SWOT analyses or impact evaluations, offer an additional perspective.  In the end the mini-case is pitched in front of potential supporters like investors, crowdfunding, foundations, or authorities.
