Ab dem 1. Mai 2026 biete ich mein gemütliches 1-Zimmer-Studio an. Das Studio befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und wird, falls gewünscht, teilweise möbliert vermietet. Inbegriffen ist zudem ein überdachter Parkplatz.
Das Studio ist lichtdurchflutet und verfügt über:
• Praktische Küche mit Kochfeld, Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle/Ofen
• Eigene Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner im Bad
Das Studio eignet sich hervorragend für Singles, Studierende oder Berufstätige, die eine praktische und gemütliche Wohnlösung in ruhiger Umgebung suchen. Die Bushaltestelle "Segel" ist in rund 6 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Starting May 1, 2026, I am offering my cozy 1-bedroom studio. The studio is located in a quiet area and can be rented partially furnished upon request. A covered parking space is also included.
The studio is flooded with natural light and features:

• A private washer and dryer in the bathroom
